I don't recall that. I may have to watch again. I do recall Trump saying that Lincoln praised Lee because he was getting his ass kicked. Trump said Lincoln wanted Lee as a Union general. He was comparing Lincoln wanting outstanding generals to himself wanting generals to obliterate ISIS.
