There are some rumors in far corners of the Internet along those lines....

They are called “hitch-hikers” that allegedly follow astronauts on the Space Station home when they return to Earth.

Obviously if they did exist NASA would not want to talk about it—not good for astronaut recruiting.

They have a stroke center, if someone was evidencing FAST that would be logical.

I just got back from the area and wow now I understand why the CG was practicing all week up and down the coast, including their communications intercept platform, along with the pair of F-35s on shore patrol Thursday. Yesterday morning I heard the re-entry sonic boom and nearly fell out of bed lol.
