When I created my Obama 2008 Vote Fraud Detection tool, I observed that the Democrat vote totals in counties within about an hour's drive of a central point [50-60 miles, give or take] were being inflated noticeably.

The further you got away from these central points, the more the Democrat vote totals dropped back into line with 2008.
