Not kidding...coming off is no good, you are right on.
The doctor prescribed them for pain...that’s what he told me.
He did not even tell me they were an anti depressant.
User be aware.
These days I am very wary of doctors.
Recent events have solidified that wariness.
MDs are doctors of medicine. They think they can prescribe a pill for anything these days. Those pills come with side effects.
I’m not saying they’re quacks, but they do seem to think that a pill will “fix” an issue. Drugs can be helpful to some, even many, but they come at a cost. Risk vs reward. I always keep that in mind.
IMHO, I’m far better off trying to eat right, sleep well, and get daily exercise. I try to pay close attention to what my body telling me. If I overwork, I need to hold back on some things until I get a little better. However, I can’t get too lazy. I try working out a different way.
Also, don’t forget about your spiritual health. That’s a part of us, too.
