I believe you are mistaken. No one wants WW III. China does not want it, Russia does not want it, NATO does not want it, the USA does not want it.
To believe some shadowy group wants WWIII is a way to explain events which are partly caused by random actions. Some people need to believe some ultra powerful group is in charge of the world, and whose desires make all major events happen.
