Actually, no. The unfortunate truth is those trash heaps of humanity by and large sit across our lines of communication in this nation - are thru points if not points of origin for traffic in goods and services. Whether incidental or by deliberate action they are potential choke points that can be exploited by hostile forces to disrupt commerce across the nation, some of which cannot be readily bypassed. If a number of metro areas get compromised like that, you won't be getting your Wheaties or toilet paper in Podunkville, Texas. Plan accordingly.
