Governor Roy Cooper was partying in New York and did not call in FEMA Search and Rescue
causing many people who could have been rescued to lose their lives."
What a travesty by Governor Roy Cooper !
Support Samaritans Purse and not that other National relief agency that will divert funds to other programs which it has.
Put your money where it will do some good for those in need !
