There is a woman in Latvia where it is legal to own one who owns a caracal named Pumba. She posts many videos of her “pet” cat and many are frightening.

There was a show on Animal Planet called Fatal Attractions about people who keep exotic and very dangerous animals as pets and how badly and fatal it sometimes turns out for them.
