Armchair psychiatry may be no more than a stab at trying to figure out Kamala’s laugh but watching her laugh voraciously at the most inappropriate times does make it look, as she has said, that she just fell out of a coconut tree.

Just as a practical matter, do we want a President that has a tendency to laugh at inappropriate times.

Imagine a President meeting with the leaders of Russia and Ukraine during peace negotiations bursting in to laughter during a sensitive negotiation point.

It could cause the entire meeting to fall apart.

Although it has been mentioned in the past the times that KH has laughed in response to tragedies a couple times. I don’t recall the exact circumstances, but one might’ve been the subject of the soldiers returning in caskets. Laughing at inappropriate times could be very dangerous, depending on the circumstances.
