Would the Ukes resort to capturing a few Nork mercenaries and promptly, publicly execute them fir being Nork mercenaries? Line Russia does with captured mercenaries fighting for Ukraine? What would the impact be?

Ukraine would not be executing mercenaries and the North Koreans are not fighting as mercenaries anyway, although Russia does use mercenaries.
