Why not try searching for the answers to your questions online, instead of asking other people to provide you with the information? I know the internet made people lazy, but jeez...!

Both cases are in the appeal pipeline inside of New York State. Chances of overturned rulings in state are maybe 50-50, though the court did give Tish’s goons a very hard time.

I’ve been wondering why more people aren’t talking about the possibility of Trump winning the election and then having the judge in the Stormy Daniels case sentence him to prison.

Check out lawyer/youtuber Robert Gouveia on Youtube or Rumble (preferred).

He covers all of Trump’s legal cases, presents and explains filings etc. And easy to listen to.. The last I heard him talk about was that the appellate court is showing signs of disgust regarding the ‘property’ ruling.

Been watching Robert for over a year, good guy.

I hate Youtube so I watch him on Rumble. He does a live show 6-8 weekdays and posts clips of it later.

What is the status of all Trump's cases?

Excellent question.

It has been exceptionally difficult to find the answer to that question — and deliberately so, I believe — all along.

There is virtually no current coverage of *any* of the cases because none are slated to advance before the election, which was always the only reason for media interest at all.

There are ongoing civil cases on appeal [ 1) $500 million civil fraud judgement - Judge Arthur Engoron; 2) E. Jean Carroll, damages under appeal] but here's the status of the 4 criminal cases:

1) Stormy Daniels hush money/falsified business records - jury convicted - Trump appealed based on Presidential immunity, Judge Merchan has delayed sentencing until Nov 26 "if necessary"

2) DC election interference (Jan 6) brought by Special Counsel Jack Smith, Judge Tanya Chutkan postponed trial due to presidential immunity question

3) Georgia election interference brought by Fulton County DA Fani Willis, now at Georgia appeals court which is now looking into Fani + Nathan Wade funny business

4) classified documents (Mari-Lago) brought by Jack Smith and dismissed by Judge Aileen Cannon - Smith has appealed Cannon's decision to 11th Circuit
