Again with the Asian/Caucasian comparisons! I have told you already that I am not prepared to accept or debate those claims.

So you refuse to accept facts supported by hard data. Good of you to let me know. This kind of fantasy thinking over pragmatism is exactly what I was talking about at the end of my last comment.

As far as the higher unemployment rates vis-à-vis their female counterparts are concerned - that could be evidence merely of their already having "given up" on the rigged market and "opted out."

So when men walk away from their traditional responsibilities it's walking away from a rigged game but when women walk away from theirs it's because they're lazy and irresponsible? Nice little double standard you've got going on there, Alex.

That's always the solution your side offers, isn't it? "The men have to do the work, lower their standards, accept fat unwed mothers, etc."

Show me where I said men have to marry unwed mothers. In fact I specifically said that men choosing to abstain from sex and relationships altogether was a valid choice, provided that he has friends and family to provide the domestic help and companionship traditionally provided by marriage.

Your "devastating" evidence is taken from okcupid. People don't use dating sites to find life partners; they use them for hookups. You are using data from the most promiscuous, likely liberal, segment of society and extrapolating it to the American population as a whole. Do you see the problem with that?

That is a complete reversal of reality!

Did our forefathers continue living with their parents with no job well into their 30s, even 40s? Yes or no.

Did our forefathers have a 44% overweight/obesity rate? Yes or no.

Did our forefathers send our foremothers out to work, collecting their wages, while still demanding all the privileges and authority of the sole breadwinner? Yes or no.

Did our forefathers demand sex by the third date? Yes or no.

Did our forefathers demand their virginal wives somehow also know every trick of the brothel? Yes or no.

Did our forefathers demand our foremothers shave their privates to look more like porn stars? Yes or no.

I stand by my claim that modern American men offer women less while demanding more.

The damage done to young men by society (the anti-male Feminist narrative; the actual discrimination they experience in the educational field and job market; the anti-male bias of the divorce courts) is certainly real - but they are not to be blamed for most of it. Their overindulgence in electronic games, pornography, and drugs - all of which generally subside as they mature - is lamentable, but does not permanently disqualify them for later marriage.

Ok, maybe in your alternate universe long term drug use causes no permanent damage of the body and mind, but here in reality it does. In sufficient quantities porn causes erectile dysfunction and the man requires increasingly extreme stimulus to perform sexually. Don't you think that might be a dealbreaker in a husband? If sex is all a man is bringing to the table the least he can do is be good at it.

That is an insignificant, mostly cosmetic factor not pertinent to the discussion at hand. So let's please drop that irrelevant point.
