Court Applies Environmental Law to Biden-Harris Border Disaster
The American Conservative ^ | October 10, 2024 | Phillip Linderman

The Arizona Department of Environmental Quality estimates that each border crosser leaves approximately six to eight pounds of trash in the desert during his or her journey. If you do the rough math, the total amount of strewn garbage caused by DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas greenlighting millions of illegal migrants, all trampling their way across the southern frontier, is stunning.

Americans have probably wondered why federal environmental law does not prevent, or at least slow, Mayorkas from bringing about this mess. After all, the Biden-Harris administration has done much more than simply benignly tolerate or mildly encourage this massive human movement. The president and his cabinet have not only loudly proclaimed that they โ€œwelcomeโ€ the arrival of these illegals, but made it clear that this unprecedented immigration was central to their foreign and domestic policy. They have pushed their legal authorities beyond the limit, inventing out of thin air new immigration programs, mobilizing thousands of federal officers, and spending and reprogramming billions of dollars to make it all happen.

For decades, Republicans have let the Left get away with claiming they are "environmentalists" while perpetrating insane mass immigration invasions on the US.

There's nothing "environmental" about it. From destroying the desert I grew up in to the need for endless high density housing to hold the teeming masses to Third World trash hunting down our pets and our children for food and sex, the Invasion is destroying our environment.

And now there are court decisions validating that.

Maybe some "Republicans" will figure this out and call BS on any Rat politician claiming to be an environmentalist.

Agreed. Now do increased electrical usage requiring burning more fossil fuels, destruction of natural landscapes to increase housing, increased water usage taxing our already overtaxed water supplies in some areas (California I’m looking at you), increased waste, increased carbon output because all these millions of illegals are driving cars too.

Take a picture of the area after leftists have a demonstration...then take a picture of the area after Conservatives have a demonstration....that’s all you need to know.

The list is endless. It's just increased consumption on a massive scale.

And why them? Fifty years ago the Left shrieked at us saying that there were too many of us, so stop having kids. Remember "replacement children only"?

The Jaffe memo shows that all of it was a scam to get the Americans to commit mass hara-kiri. Had nothing to do with "environmentalism".

That is sickening.

Their brains are apparently so rotted they aren’t revolted by the mess they create.
