That is really a dangerous chemical. A small hose leak can kill a farmer instantly. A small amount can create a large kill zone. It basically takes your breath away before you know anything.

You shouldn’t expect the person you are passing to have to put on their brakes. Mom should have taken the car away at first sign of dangerous passing.

She says they almost got in a head on.

Passing a huge truck blind is something she should’ve thought of regarding that.j

She says she did not see the ‘do not pass’ signs either.

This is why I am so afraid to drive on the freeway. This is really a pretty common type driver out there.

There is a law against using ammonia as a refrigerant in places where a leak could endanger people. It is a better refrigerant than the freon based.

But, our corrupt government has handed out “exceptions”. I know that the Dallas American Airlines Center ice system (for the ice hockey) runs on Ammonia.

and the place seats 10’s of thousands.

I used to work with it. It is one of the more nasty chemicals I had to handle.
