So... Ramzan Kadyrov is declaring a blood feud.
You cannot prove a negative.
I wonder if Vladimir Putin approves. One of the major advantages of an Empire is to prevent internecine warfare like this.

Sounds very plausible, but it's TASS.
Maybe it's (sort of) true.

Chechnya's Kadyrov accuses Russian MPs of plotting his murderSo what?
The world's worst Muslim Terrorists, the Chechens, are completely neutered and subjugated in Russia, and leave Russia to settle their spats in America where they do as they please in front of a blind FBI, IE, the Tsarnaev brothers Bombing the Boston Marathon.

Looking into the background of this, Kadyrov is involving himself in the internal power struggle of the Russian company Wildberries, and the mafia business practices in Moscow. The corporate battle in Wildberries caused a shootout near it's offices and the husband of the CEO getting arrested and then released on murder charges.
Those Kadyrov named as plotting to kill him either represent in the Duma or have ties to Dagestan. There is bad history between Dagestan and Chechnya. After the first Chechen war with Russia, Chechen separatists invaded Dagestan. This led to the Second Chechen war which Chechnya lost, leading to Kadyrov's father and then Kadyrov running Chechnya under Moscow's heel.
On the surface, his getting involved in some of the bloodier Moscow business dealings and dragging Dagestan into it is not smart for him. Do you have any idea of what is going on behind the scenes with this, and why Kadyrov is taking this risk?
