Political prisoner who Trump should pardon in January as with all political prisoners.

State crime. He can't do anything about it other than pick someone to head the Justice department that might initiate an investigation to see if that Judge and Prosecutor have broken any federal laws, then make sure the full force of "the Law" comes down on them.

I'm betting they can find some federal laws they broke.

I bet they can. He needs to appoint a special prosecutor to go after the post-2020 political prosecutions of Americans. That is a gross violation of civil rights. It’s happened in Arizona, New York, Georgia, California, I think Michigan and Wisconsin and of course DC.

Any political prisoners on a federal charge should be fully pardoned with rights restored. The ones done at state and local levels like the so called “fake electors” rather than alternates should get massive unlimited Special Prosecutor attention.

It should really be the centerpiece of his administration.
