The security and intel services of this country have been on Trump like white on rice since 2016. Legally and extra-legally, so to speak

There is no such thing as a “ private call” to the President of Russia.

My reaction too.

I’m glad to hear that Trump and Putin have some kind of relationship, even one this inconsequential. Old saying is true: “Keep your friends close and your enemies closer,” an idea that went right over Woodward’s demented head.
