I heard an interview with Gov Desantis this morning.
He stated that he was not aware of any phone calls from biden or harris. He isn’t dodging them, he said they have not called him.
It even says it in the article that he is unaware of her call. The only source is an “unnamed aide.” Completely biased hit piece and his own words makes the article invalid.

They’re in a snit because he’s too busy actually doing his job to be bothered with them.
