No mouse and keyboard, no deal

In an interview with MinnMax, Max Spielberg, son of the E.T. director Steven Spielberg, revealed that his dad has a real disdain for video game controllers, and out-right refuses to play any game that requires him to use one.
“He loves story games and I’m always trying to get him to play Uncharted because it’s Indiana Jones and I’m like, ‘Hey, you’d appreciate this.’ But he’s like, ‘I can’t do controllers. I can only do keyboard and mouse,” explained Max.
Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End and Uncharted: The Lost Legacy, are both available on PC, but maybe Steven wants to play through the stories in order. The first three games are exclusive to PlayStation.
“He loves gaming,” said Max. “He’s the one who got me into it. He plays games. He’s a big PC gamer. So that’s kind of our bonding point as well. He’s like, ‘Hey, what’s good? What Call of Duty should I be playing? Send me a list of the top five shooters and I’ll get them downloaded, then we can play them together when you come over to the house.”
His father well and truly passed on the passion because Max is a video game developer and has been for some time, working at EA on the Battlefield series and now the creative director and co-founder of a studio called FuzzyBot.
It seems Steven is more of a Call of Duty fan, though. “It’s always a Call of Duty,” added Max. “He loves Call of Duty. He plays the story campaign.”
What a nerd.
"Here comes the L shape! Quick! Quick! Turn it to the right! Go down! OK! Oh no, the Z shape, turn it to the left! It doesn't fit, turn it to the left again, right! Left!"
Oh the suspense!!!
Interesting.
It depends on the game doesn’t it?
Nah. Nerd is when you use a Characorder One. ;) And yeah, I do. So... yeah. Nerd.
There was actually a Tetris movie. It’s about the Russian who developed the game, and the fight over the rights to distribute the game. Good movie.
It sure does.
I only use keyboard and mouse
I can’t wait until they make a movie about the Atari E.T. game
Boy - sure looks like a lot of fun!

Oh man, that could have been good too!!!
Is that considered “shocking”?
PC Master Race
Same here. Not even a mouse, but a trackball.
I’d love to see Spielberg’s rig, though. With his money.....
Waiting for the Pong movie.
Mouse and KB for FPS games. Driving games I use a wheel.
I hate consoles and controllers.
I am old style and prefer FPS and KB/mouse.
Controllers are for lazy folks.
