Voters will get the chance to hear from Vice President Kamala Harris on Monday as she presents her case for why she should be president in a "60 Minutes" election special.
For decades, "60 Minutes" has featured both Republican and Democratic nominees for presidents, but this year, former President Donald Trump backed out after previously indicating he would be on the show. Correspondent Scott Pelley, who'd been set to interview Trump, will instead travel to Arizona's Maricopa County, home to more than 60% of Arizona's voters and a critical battleground in a key swing state.

The “interview” will be like t-ball. Softball questions all the way.
It will be PRERECORDED and then SELECTIVELY EDITED before broadcast.

She will tell us she grew up a middle class kid.
She will tell us the wealthy Should pay their fair share in taxes.
She will say nobody should make decisions about a woman’s body.
She will say that she wants an opportunity economy.
She will say young families need a tax credit for a baby in the first year of life so they can buy a crib.

What the heck does that mean?
60 minutes being what it is, the piece will be highly edited and harris will know the agenda days in advance.
If it is taped, they will simly redo until it comes out right.
The interview has already been held and is currently being edited for broadcast by a committee composed of journalists, Harris campaign staff and Democrat party officials.
Still, I have to wonder, will she bring a towel? You know, to dry off after the tongue bath CBS gives her. The only pushback and follow up she will receive for her answers is the host nodding its head in agreement or clapping like a trained circus seal.

Burning question! Has she been unburdened yet by what has been? Is she currently reburdened by what will be? That is today which isn’t yesterday or tomorrow since one already happened in the past and the other one is in the future.....😵
And likely Trump was absolutely correct in backing out from being interviewed by Scott Pelley. That probably would have made Winston Smith’s interrogation in Room 101 seem tame by comparison.

Yes she will be told what they are going to be talking about. Or more likely it is 60 minutes that will be told. But it does not matter because 60 minutes is the most edited propaganda show on earth. Its all done in the editing room.
The installee in waiting says what to her friendlies in the media?
They are trying to explain to us that, no, this is not a free (hagiologic) campaign ad. Trump (the coward) backed out, while Harris will bravely face the press.
