I started taking vitamins and have felt much better. I apparently am not getting enough of what I need.
Magnesium Oxide, Zinc, Vitamin D3, B12, B1, Iron, Potassium, Turmeric Curcumin. The Vitamin D3 was a game changer for me. I have more energy.
I need more exercise. A good walk by walking around in a store feels great. Same for going to a park.

I start out having a good breakfast such as 2 eggs, slice of ham, 2 sausages, hash brown patties on most days or if skipped I have lunch such as I make pasta salad and my own spaghetti sauce with added hamburger over rice and chicken soup. Dinner is a variety like hamburger, chicken, potatoes and vegetables etc.

I do have too many snacks like chips and soda in-between...

You might want to replace the Magnesium Oxide with either Magnesium Glycinate or Citrate. Both are more bio-available. And most definitely add Vit K2 to the Vit D3 and Magnesium stack to keep the calcium in the bones and out of your soft tissues. Just an FYI.
