the deeper question is, and ALWAYS has been, nWHY are the deep state players so damn scared of President Donald J Trump becoming President again when they can cut him off at the knees again...just like last time?
I thought it was determined his appointment as special counsel was declared illegitimate. I really can’t see this guy enjoying a long and peaceful retirement.

Clearly this release was political, however I don’t think its going to have much impact.
Two reasons:
First, if you believe January 6 was an “insurrection” and was a big deal to you, you are already voting Democrat.
and Second:
There is too much other serious crap going on that is preventing this from being the top story. Hurricans, War in the middle east, etc. Don’t get me wrong they will keep trying to push it to keep it in the headlines, but competing with those sorts of things it is going to come up short.
We will see, but by and large this just looks like more hack nonsense... another “Trump dove at the steering wheel” nonsense.
Will be consumed rabidly by the Trump hating base, pushed hard to try to harm him, but largely be a ho hum nothing burger for most everyone else.
If you don’t hate Trump over Jan 6 by this point, its hard to see that this is going to sway your opinion against him.
We shall see.

If he is not a properly appointed special prosecutor, by the definition of the statute, then this isn’t a proper filling and it’s nothing more than DOJ and Democratic party using government illegally to attack political opposition.
That should be determined after the election with military courts.

The reality is, thinking people stopped paying attention to Jack Smith’s actions after about the third Bi+ch-slap he received from the courts.
I would venture to guess that the ONLY people reading Jackoff’s latest ‘legal’ filings are the half-sane legal circles within the DC beltway.
The rest of the nation has moved on and has rendered judgement on Jack Smith’s absurd conduct.
