Interesting. I have a close relative who works in a federal agency who is saying (independently) pretty much what the author of this article is saying.

NEws clip after news clip is coming out on YouTube about how ridiculously slow (and small) the aid is (even in areas that are not relatively hard to reach).

When you peel back FEMA and it’s purpose....it’s made up of mostly ‘agents’ who carry a credit card....loaded to the max.

So the ‘agent’ decides...there’s a shortage of baby diapers at x-destination, and buys 16 pallets of diapers to be there within 24 to 48 hours. If you need 400 cots at some gym, the card is used to procure or rent cots.

If the card is marginally loaded (as in this case presently), FEMA is useless. Allowing the money shift around....goes directly to the Homeland Security staff.

I’d say at this point, you have to remove FEMA from Homeland Security...give them their own cabinet secretary, and make a mandate...no involvement with migrants. Whoever moved the money around....needs termination from their job.
