Buy an inexpensive home.
HOA problem solved.
Were you listed in the yellow pages? ( Just wondering.)
Honestly, though, I would have welcomed your services. I was feeling desperate.
non sequitur, I believe
Florida Counties are relentlessly funding “Code Enforcement” officers—even in heavily rural areas. They’re driving around in brand-new vehicles.
Even in free Florida, you can’t escape Earth’s “Karens”...
“I would rather live in a van down by the river than a mansion with an HOA!”
Florida HOAs favor people who don’t go outside because of the heat and humidity. They hire approved yard maintenance crews, and tell you when your house needs painting.
If you’re “outdoors people”, keep HOAs at an arm’s length...
When you buy into a neighborhood with a HOA it is no different than choosing to move to a liberal state with high taxes and regulations.
You CHOOSE to live there, so you can’t complain.
Would be like moving to San Francisco and then complaining about all the gays.
Unfortunately, our courts disagree.
This was many years ago when I hung around with less than desirable people.
