When it's shareholders do. When the major shareholders are mutual fund companies driven by DEI principles, there's no pressure on Disney to change their ways - there may indeed be pressure not to.

They don’t but their shareholders are finally starting to get pissed. The company will be broken up and spunoff or sold. Star Wars, Indiana Jones, and Marvel are all but worthless now. Marvel still has some IP value but the other two are worthless.
