You can bet there are tons of toxic metallic salts from combusted batteries going into waterways.

One of the principal reasons why Federal environmental mandates are so destructive is because of their continental scale. As a direct result, there is no way to limit that damage, compare outcomes, and assign accountability.

Making them global is even worse.
