Maybe watch Mass on tv? Since the pandemic, even our little parish has taken to putting it on YouTube for those unable to come. They cut down our attendance by 2/3 for over a year, so having it available on YouTube was helpful.
I’m harvesting probably the last of my French Tarragon this week. It’s starting to dry out so I want to get in what I can before it’s totally gone.
On the other hand, my oregano is still going like gangbusters. I’ve harvested some to start drying to give as gifts. I haven’t decided whether to mince it first and then let it dry, or to hang it and dry it first, before cutting into smaller pieces.
Does anyone have experience with drying oregano?
