He cloned a critically endangered wild Asian sheep............ So if someone succeeds in cloning a Mammoth, what will the Deep State do to them?

Unless there's something I'm missing there's no way I'd vote guilty against this guy for anything. And that's true regardless of what law he might have violated or the instructions the judge gave to the jury.
I'm a big fan of jury nullification and when considering my vote as a juror I will *always* consider the legitimacy of the law that the defendant is accused of having violated...among other things.

1. You can’t create an embryo from sperm.
Well, that’s just it. I’m guessing he injected the sperm DNA into the ova.

Yeah, but that’s not a clone.
It said it was a clone.

“Is that deed a crime now?”
Probably about ten years ago it was legal in Washington state - although I suppose some of it would come under cruelty to animals.
It finally was outlawed after some guy went to a farm, where the farmer prostituted out his animals, and the guy died. Turned out a horse was having sex with the guy, and tore him up. A friend dumped him off at the curb of a hospital where he bled out.
Best to figure out a “safe word” beforehand. And “nay” wouldn’t be a good choice.
