Trump did not prosecute Hillary, although she certainly seems to be guilty of many things. I think, should the opportunity arise, he will accomplish with legal prosecutions those things that he thinks are most important, and most doable. He has plenty of experience with lawsuits. He knows how to do cost-benefit analysis. I do not think he will be maniacal about it.
This is just ridiculous scaremongering, although I wouldn’t blame him for seeking revenge against the lawfare-wagers.
If he really wants to improve things, he needs to root out all the Obamaites still in the swamp working to thwart him.
