If this results in the drying up of huge donations, maybe tuitions will actually stabilize or lower. One can dream, right?

Not to worry. Chinese student/spies sent by the CCP can take up the slack.

In the words of Massachusetts’ famous politician Martin Lomasney, “Never write if you can speak; never speak if you can nod; never nod if you can wink.”

In present day, he would have especially included “never use monitored and eternally archived electronic media” at the top of the list.

He’s a legacy from Harrisburg.

They have to accept him...it's like their law.

Harvey Mudd College is part of the elite seven Claremont Colleges in Claremont, CA.

Harvey Mudd College consistently ranks in the USA Top 5 under graduate colleges for Science and Engineering.

Harvey Mudd under graduates consistently rank close to USA #1 in starting salaries.

They used to have higher admission standards than MIT, Cal Tech, and Stanford.

They are being slowly but surely crushed by Woke California political standards.

Those skill parameters disqualify Newsom from any position of authority.

This law seems to violate freedom of assembly. I can see the law being applied to PUBLIC universities, but PRIVATE universities are a line a bit too far for me.

My daughter is an attorney. Doing business involves a yellow pad of cryptic notes only she understands. The laptop and smart phone are for non client related administrative communications and court filings submitted because the courts now require specific format filings software issued by the courts. There’s private and then there is truly private. Any college that involves itself in FAFSA, student loans, grants, etc... is NOT A PRIVATE COLLEGE. That’s the fine print.

So says the Gov, Newsom was born on October 10, 1967, the son of Tessa Thomas (née Menzies) and William Alfred Newsom III, a state appeals court judge and attorney for Getty Oil. Newsom could have gone anywhere but, being of limited intelligence he chose Santa Clara.

I assume there is no means of investigation either.
You can take the question off the admissions form but there can always be phone calls, private meetings, etc. behind the scenes.
