In the summer down south, you can find good barbecue on practically any street corner by some guy with his smoker.

Arthur Bryant's is located deep in the city of KC, MO... IF your ‘accusation’ is correct then the head of the city was over the ‘segregated ‘ city.. NOT sure where you get your information ... but it is suspect

Jeff Chandler’s son-in-law’s kitchen deserves to be on that list. I was too busy to BBQ so I gave my smoker to him and he has become an absolute master with brisket.

KCMO was initially a ‘cow’ town ... nothing chicago like... The liberal ‘whites’ nothing new about that... attempted to make ‘race’ an impediment for all .. Just like the white Catholic Biden criminal enterprise.

Hey, our family has been to Terry Black’s Barbecue out in Lockhart. I’m no connoisseur but I thought it was good. For me, the best part was talking to the pitmaster and watching him work.
We have started watching bbq shows on tv. I appreciate watching experts at work.

Some of that list seems okay, but the thing that stuck out to me was the photo from Black Strap. That looks like some seriously sub-par bbq.

I've not eaten at the famous Texas places but eat at 2fifty a few times a year. They are good but nowhere near the best.
