Creamy Tuscan Dip
Cheeses, garlic, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes is an addicting dip with a cold glass of beer.
Ing 8 oz cr/cheese, ¾ cup sour cream 1 cup ea shredded mozzarella, Parm, 1 tsp garlic, minced ½ tsp gar/powder 1 tsp Italian seasoning ¼ tsp salt ⅓ cup sun-dried tomatoes, drained, chp 6 oz spinach, thawed and drained
Steps Hand mixer smooth cr/cheese and sour cream. Add garlic, gar/powder, salt, mozzarella, parm, and Italian seasoning. Fold in sun-dried tomatoes and spinach . Spread evenly into sprayed baking dish. Bake 375 deg 15-20 min, heated and bubbly. Serve warm with sliced bread, a baguette, or crackers.
