Yeah, that’s not a manufacturing problem.
Better look at the last maintenance logs.

Exactly, I have replace hundreds of wheels and brakes on my units KC-135s. Never had an issue, but it would not be hard if procedures are not followed. Tech data, tech data, tech data was stressed everyday. But here is the difference between us and commercial aircraft, we had a lot more time for maintenance right or wrong that is the way it is
