He was born in Bogota Colombia to Colombian parents who moved to the US when the brat was 4 years old. He had numerous run ins with the law and his parents sent him back to Colombia for a year.
No where is it mentioned that he sought US citizenship therefore making him ineligible to vote….or in violation of the law if he did.
