We live in a different world now where just words from certain influencers can rile up millions of unstable people all over the globe to track and target someone. There were 26 entire families impacted here by Jones’ lies told to his followers. During one of the most terrible events a family can experience.
For me, NO amount of money is enough to live as a ghost, lose all my friends and forever look over my shoulder for crazies. To forever wonder if my remaining family will also be killed one day because of some lies. If you really love your life and family, NO amount of money is enough so I fully understand asking for so much.
If this happened to me I would also sue who did it into the poor house for so much that they could also never live normally again nomatter what. Even with several billions to myself I wouldn’t be satisfied and still wish it never happened. The billions would be for vengeance and to stop the same from ever happening to others. Even if the SOB wins a billion in the lottery I want him to lose every single penny and NEVER live normally ever
Well, according to Desert Rhino, Alex Jones never said any of this.
Secondly, it is a great leap to think that Alex Jones should be held accountable for the possibility that some of his listeners are crazy to the extent of wanting to harm these people, and might actually do it.
This is not a standard that has ever been applied to liberals stirring up "Black Lives Matter" or ANTIFA riots.
And the idea that "no amount of money" is adequate is just nonsense. There are no *REAL* damages to these people. None of them have been hurt or injured and the theory that they might be hurt, is not a rational basis for giving them a billion dollars.
Even with several billions to myself I wouldn’t be satisfied and still wish it never happened.
I would bet you would get 99% of the people in America to agree to "suffer" what those families went through for just a million dollars, let alone a billion.
Even if the SOB wins a billion in the lottery I want him to lose every single penny and NEVER live normally ever
I don't see this as rational or reasonable at all. I see it as excessively and ridiculously punishing people for a "thought crime" and not a real crime.
