The nuckles who made this slide deck going back to 2017 used data sets from the southern poverty law center, biased news sources, and likely their own twisted viewpoint to create this training. It was perpetuated due to others with similar indoctrinated worldviews. Much the new senior civilian leadership is from ivy or other progressive schools so they likely did not care to investigate. Those that were upset were likely stonewalled or their complaints were DOA. This was supposedly found out in 2017-18 and was supposed to stop the training but it seams it kept being given

This is likely the first time it has had a serious congressional review as the Democrats in charge probability approve of this training and stifled any inquiry. Now the it has republican leadership exposure, the army is having their come to Jesus moment, but I will say when the heat lamp is taken off the army, someone will likely bring it back, like a progressive president.

The administration ordered it to be stopped. The military brass defied the orders. Admiral Paul F. Zukunft of the Coast Guard blatantly and willfully defied the President's orders on the matter of gays and their kin. This was early in Trump's term. The Admiral should have been relieved and retired with prejudice. As much prejudice that could be mustered to nip the defiance of the civilian authority in the bud. Trump screwed up by not AXING the Admiral very quickly and very publically. That firing was well within Trump's authority. All officer serve at the pleasure of the President.
