Joe Bidog snaps his fingers, bangs his head on the wall, and says, “Now they tell me!”

The dosage to get the level of flavonoids used in these studies is like 2•lbs of chocolate and a couple of bottles of unfiltered red.

Sadly, it would need to be a pill or powder.

Wasn’t there concern about the high levels of heavy metals in dark chocolate just a few months ago? I think I remember only a few manufacturers had safe levels. One was Ghirardelli. Also, the high link between cancer and alcohol seems to mitigate against consuming too much red wine (or any alcoholic beverage). A so called medical report that doesn’t include some of these facts seems strange, compromised or has an agenda that may be being concealed. In today’s world it’s hard to know what the truth about what helps/hurts really is. Until this gets sorted out pass the dark Ghirardelli please!

I took an over the counter supplement for ringing in my ear call Flavanoid but don’t recall the ingredients.

I could handle the red, and Mrs. U would gladly take care of the chocolate.

“2.2 pounds”

Right. I was just doing a parody on Bill Cosby’s Noah routine when he asks God, “What’s a cubit?”
