Hiroshima. Nagasaki. Fat Man. Little Boy. Sometimes collateral damage is necessary for the sake of America and the world.

It is easy not to be concerned if innocent civilians we don’t personally know are killed. Perhaps this is the beginning of WW3. How will we feel if our Grandsons are drafted as a result of this?....when it personally affects us?
One third of the population of Lebanon is Christian....they are not Hezbollah. What are they to do? Shouldn’t we as Christians be praying and caring for what happens to them? or...just coldly consider them as nothing but collateral damage.
“Shouldn’t we as Christians be praying and caring for what happens to them?”
Every single day we pray for them. We had special prayers for them at Bible Study last night. And we put our money where our mouth is and financially support ALL people in that part of the world via our Missions giving. How many thousands of dollars do you donate for this cause?
If you feel that it is better for America to roll over and be absorbed by heathens, that’s cool. Most of us don’t.
And if you believe it would’ve been better for us to have been vanquished by Japan than to remain free, that’s cool, too. Most of us don’t.
“Perhaps this is the beginning of WW3.”
If you’re thinking WW3, you need to think bigger. Seeing what’s happening with Israel now, and being aware of eschatology, the shock and awe of what easily could occur next will make WWIII look like a college safe place with Play Doh and Legos.
