Zimbabwe….talking to some South Africans I used to work with, Zimbabwe is considered the breadbasket of Africa. Apparently its climate and soil allowed them grow anything they wanted. That was when it was Rhodesia.
Eventually they ran off or killed the farmers. And the farming world disappeared.
Mugabe was an “Idi Amin” type leader. If someone was too slow getting out of his motorcade, the “someone”’was shot up with a belt fed machine gun and run into a ditch.
New leadership started asking old farmers to come back. Work their old farm, can’t own it, but grow some food. Not sure how many went back. Don’t think many did.
A continent with gold, diamonds, oil, big game hunting/safaris which are huge $$$$, all the precious metals, technology to bring water to areas for farming and all they can do is kill, rape, pillage and immigrate to the US and Western Europe.

ZIMBABWE was producing enough food that they EXPORTED over 65% to surrounding African countries.
THEN, THE “Leaders” went after the Dutch farmers who had built up those farms for years.
They urged the unskilled workers to rise up-—KILL the farmers-—and take over the land.
A 7 year old could have predicted the results.
NOW-—ZIMBABWE IMPORTS OVER 93% of the food needs of that country EVERY DAY.
I HAVE ZERO SYMPATHY
