How were all the Ancient Chinese, Australians, Pacific Islanders, North and South Americans, etc. expected to hear the Good Word when it was primarily limited to the Middle East and parts of the Roman Empire?
Because they are residents of Earth, and Jesus instructed his disciples to spread the gospel throughout the world.
