Stratton may be the key—that is why I am trying to figure out if he knows anything about the Secret Space Program.

According to Secret Space Program lore the original MJ-12 and its successors did know about it.

Well known historical figures in key leadership positions specifically mentioned (again we are talking Secret Space Program here, not just “the project”) are Donald Rumsfeld and Bobby Ray Inman. Secret Space Program whistleblowers claim to have seen them in a LOB (lunar operations base where supposedly there is a major training facility which includes small grays, tall grays and reptilians).

Tom Montalk differentiates between the Deep State (which runs “the program”) and the Dark State (which is a Breakaway Civilization).

I don't either. There's too much information from too many sources and it is very consistent for the most part.

That said, there's always that little voice in the back of my head that keeps reminding me that we're dealing with a lot of guys from the intelligence community.
