Geese and ducks are considered wild fowl and require a stamp. There’s usually a season and a bag limit. I’m assuming none of these are being paid any mind by these illegals?

Yep - that’s the way to go after this. Plus hunting in a restricted town park. Lots of folks eat ducks and geese - legally. Just like folks are no doubt pulling bluegills and bass out of the town’s ponds. Legally.

Of course many folks might be glad to hire some Haitian “grounds keepers” to keep their lawns free of goose poop in whatever manner they see fit.

Most incorporated towns and cities in the US are bird sanctuaries. The killing of any bird within their limits is illegal
