The NRA sued Vullo, and the Supreme Court ruled back in May that the dismissal of the lawsuit should be reversed and the case could proceed. Vullo’s conduct was so egregious that the Supreme Court’s opinion was unanimous, with the Court’s usually most reliably lock-step liberal, Sonia Sotomayor, writing the decision.

When I was about 3 years old, my parents met in the kitchen with a neighbor who was an attorney to give him information to create Wills for them. Being young and having no concepted that the words “lawyer” and “liar” were too different words, I think I embarrassed my parents by asked the attorney, “Why do people become liars?”

Apparently today in New York the Venn diagram of all liars and all lawyers is too concentric circles with the smaller circle being the lawyers.
