What good is coastline if you have no boats?

If the war were taking place at sea, Russia has much greater fleet strength, more than 7 times the number owned by the Ukraine.

But, since the war is actually fought on land in the East, Russia moved it's ships out of the Black Sea after losing some to drones. Makes sense - they plan to return once they defeat the Ukraine.

That... seems out of date. Ukraine has no navy. Russia has navies in other theaters, not so much the Black Sea these days since the Ukrainians started sinking Russian vessels at will. The survivors are huddled at the far end of the Black Sea in Russian-occupied Georgia.
