Reckless driving, that looked like a construction zone. If so, the speed limit is 35 IF that was me, it is jail time until Monday court opens. It is the equivalent of a DUI, reckless driving is highly dangerous to us po folks of any color.
Sure didn’t slow the chiefs down.
His door was unlocked and he appeared to be getting out voluntarily. Force is only legally justified for active non-compliance, not as punishment for previous non-compliance as some here seem to believe.
Why was he pulled over to begin with?
Three motorcycle cops just happen to see him fail to turn on his blinker? speeding? Reckless driving?
Personally, I saw what appears to be wholly unnecessary bullying and aggression. He handed over his license/registration and was not fleeing.

So, he should get tickets for speeding. But to be put on the road face down with a knee in his back for rolling up the window? Cops went over board. In cuffs for not rolling down the window? Cops went over board. Sitting on the curb for not rolling down the window? Cops went too far. They don’t get to punish people for wrong doing. Cops don’t get to decide to use excessive force just because they can. Do some research on this police force on YouTube. You will see how they protect and serve, NOT!

Did those cops strike you as being pretty beefy? Maybe they’re frustrated ex college safeties venting.

Screw you, there is no proof he did anything reckless except accelerating fast.
The the traffic cops in my area are assholes, I have been accused of a lot of stuff, including reckless, neg, speeding, you name it.
Mostly it was 100% bull, for a long time I defended myself, and even with video evidence the cops just lied and the judge would say, I can see you did not do X, but I cannot believe my own lying eyes since I have to believe what the sworn officer told me.
for a long time after that I budgeted $1500/year for my traffic atty. fortunately I moved and have not needed one since.
Did he even shut the engine off ? Sure sounded like that big 710Hp McLaren V8 was running. Rolling up the window when a Cop is talking to you is a nice touch too. It ended predictably.
Name the people he endangered. If there a complaint that has been filled with petitioners mentioned by name?
The cop who put him down will be legend around the station if he doesn’t lose his job.
