Chad Condit is the son of former California Democrat Rep. Gary Condit, who was having an affair with intern Chandra Levy at the time she disappeared. She was reported missing in May 2001. During searches of Rock Creek Park which she frequented, the police missed her body. It wasn’t discovered until May 2002. Eventually, Ingmar Guandique, a 20-year-old undocumented immigrant from El Salvador was arrested for her murder. There were several other female witnesses who came forward claiming to have been assaulted and attacked by Guandique in the same area of the park. Guandique was tried and found guilty. He maintained his innocence through the years. He requested, and won a new trial due to prosecutorial misconduct. The original charges were dropped, and he was released. He fought to remain in the U.S., but lost and was deported to El Salvador in May 2017. Wouldn’t be surprised if he’s been back here undetected since Biden stole the White House.
