Who would be foolish enough to buy that property?

By now the copper wiring and plumbing have been stripped and the building in uninhabitable. Demolition is expensive and even the bare land is not worth much. It is in a bad area of town.

One investor buying up a lot of land at once can turn it into a high end community.

That is why these giant international corporations hire leads to buy up properties “as is” in Florida that are in distress . They intend to bulldoze all of them and create these big high end housing commucities built around giant treated swimming areas,almost like private theme parks.
