A small bag of Lay’s and a bottle of Coke is a good snack when I am on the road, but I wouldn’t do that every day.

Maybe if you summer it indoors and outdoors in winter. It needs shade and cool and about 18 months grow to get a decent stalk. I had a couple of large ones I think were four years old.

The gap between hamburgers and hot dogs is substantial concerning sodium levels.
Ok. So just switch 'em off every other day and you'll average out to "recommended sodium intake" on a weekly basis.

Why is nutrition always measured by daily intake?
