I shake my head every time I hear the phrase “far right NAZIs”.
“I shake my head every time I hear the phrase “far right NAZIs”.”
I remember having a discussion with my history teacher, probably in eighth grade. I quoted a number of references that proved the Nazis were leftists, including the name of their party “The National Socialists Workers Party” and asked why he kept calling them “right wing.” He had NO idea. He just knew they were “right wing.”
I understand the appeal of left-wing economics. Economics is indescribable. It’s complicated in ways even economists can’t articulate. But Leftism explains this complicated and unknowable phenomenon in a few, simple, easy to make slogans from terms. The problem is none of the left’s explanations work.
So do I.
