Nevermind there are likely other factors that can add to cancer.
And that cancers come in all varieties. They’re not all exactly the same.
Meanwhile, overall cancer outcomes have gotten much better just within my lifetime.
That’s all not much fodder for some vast conspiracy.
Government must be watched, but one of the reasons communism, e.g., does not work is because we have to question any people’s (gov agents/employees) ability to consider all the issues of the whole population. This is in direct contradiction to your premise that they prognosticate for decades down the road accurately as well as what is actually happening now. No one is that competent or prescient tor knowledgeable. Not even whole agencies are that good at it.
Humans have a bias to believe some entity is in charge of everything. I satisfy my own bias with belief in God.
Lots of people simply will not believe in the extent of randomness built into the universe, or, to put it another way, events far beyond human control, especially events involving other humans.
There is a strong desire among many people to believe some human agency is in charge of the direction of human affairs.
